Ruling Search
The Commissions issue rulings as they adjudicate regulatory and statutory infractions/matters. The rulings provide information concerning the action taken by the Commission and may be punitive in nature.
Punitive rulings have a requirement for due process and are, therefore, delayed from being displayed on this site for a period of up to seven (7) days to allow individuals involved to receive notice.
Starting January 2015, ruling information for the current year will be displayed. After 2015, ruling information for up to three previous years and the current year will be displayed (no ruling information earlier than January 2015).
